I can’t download the theme that I paid for in my email (I didn’t get the token)

If not, press on “Howdy” up top on this site, go to “Account” and then “View Details and Downloads” and download it there.

I got the email but couldn’t download it with the following information: Error 102: You do not have permission to download this file.
and in my payment details it said pending, even though I had already made the payment.

That’s strange – the payment has gone through as you say. Were you able to download the theme through this website (my reply above)?

I’ve changed the status from Pending to Completed.
